Ordered a product from Herbal Remedies.com. The item was not in stock. They billed my credit card on 6/27. The ship date changes every two days, it has been 7 weeks. I tried calling them but the number they list is only for new orders, the person that answers cannot address existing order issues. Their website states to email them and they will respond in 1 or 2 days. After 6 emails, I still have not heard from them. I found out that if you dial #100 after dialing the toll free number you can talk to someone but everytime I dial that extension I get a recording stating that line is busy and to call back and then it hangs up.
