No Refund - Poor Customer Service

This product did not work even after calling the company regarding the pill no dissolving. After 7 days of nothing I contacted them for a refund, sent product back by UPS, waited 1 week for them to receive. Called on 7/19 regarding refund, could not understand the rep, bad english, asked to speak to a supervisor, no supervisor but someone will call back in 72 hours. If not answer is received upon 7/22, they will see a law suit. If this product is good why don't they have a web site and a supervisor back up?
