Bioxira Global Marketing Body Wraps Ultimate Applicator Loyal Customer Beware

In April I was introduced to the It Works Ultimate Body Applicator. I tried 2 wraps and saw instant results. I am physically active, I eat good, I drink lots of water, very rare that ever I consume carbonated beverages. I just wanted that problem area most women have toned to "get my sexy back" as their slogan states. I was so excited I wanted to share this experience with others.

My sister's friend is a distributor. I asked her questions about the company. The multi market scheme is not my cup of tea. I expressed my thoughts about trying to sell them on eBay and in a local salon. So she told me about the loyal customer program where I could benefit from wholesale pricing without having to do home parties or signing people up. If anyone was ever interested I could direct them to her. I sent her messages on facebook asking about the benefits and how it would reward her. I told her that I have been watching the products sell on eBay and they are hot right now. She told me what ever works best for you! She stated she made 15% on whatever I sell. Nice to supplement my income as a single mom with 3 daughters in the process of fighting to get her ex husband to pay his child support! She directed me to her personal website. I clicked new loyal customer and read the policy on becoming one. How easy to just agree to a 3 month auto-ship, change my order at anytime, ability to purchase any of the products at anytime outside my regular auto ship. I clicked the I agree to their loyalty rules and printed off the agreement as well as saved it to my computer.

I took pictures of the wraps outside the box and listed them on eBay. I took a couple up to a local salon and sold 2 more! I needed to order more before my next autoship. I went to my account and noticed when I went to check out, it gave you the option to submit an alternate shipping address from your own home (billing) address. I asked my distributor if I could drop ship products. She said "Oh yeah that would save you paying double shipping". I told her they were selling good on eBay and she said that's great!

All of a sudden I get messages like crazy from eBay members that say Distributors can not sell these on ebay. I simply told them to mind their own business, that I was not a distributor. Next thing you know I get a false member ID placing a bid and winning wraps. They never paid. 6 days after the bid is placed I get an email from It Works telling me I was non-compliant of their distributor agreement and my account was cancelled. They sent me this message to my email address on file with a web page of the search they did on my email address not only linking to the false sale but also an email search that showed my eBay member ID. All of this research they have done to find I was a loyal customer within a period of 30 days. I was not ever notified by phone, mail, or email prior to them cancelling me in this 30 days. Yet my auto-ship agreement was still under the 3 month commitment and they continued to charge my debit card and take money from my bank account. They cancel and block my ability to go onto the website under my customer account and make any changes! I am now at their mercy, they have all of my personal information!

I explained to the it works company I was blindly lead to believe that I was able to sell these and I never signed a distributor agreement nor was ever advised by it works directly nor the distributor I signed under. I asked them to produce the proof that I was aware, show me a signed agreement and I would rest my case. It has been 5 business days and nothing has come in the mail and all I get is sarcastic rude responses from their Customer service and compliance center. I asked them to refund the $994.87 I was charged under false pretenses on top of having to ask my attorney if by chance I was in the wrong. Had I been in the wrong, I would have profusely apologized and chalked this up as a learning experience! I was not in the wrong, I was lied to and I was following every rule outlined in the agreement I signed as a loyal customer. Again, I never seen the distributor agreement or was ever asked to review it or sign any contract!

The it works company sent me their rules as distributor for the third time. So frustrated by this point, I told them they can send me this agreement over and over and it means nothing to me. I never saw it, I never signed it and I can only go by what I was told by their own representative. They come back with "other distributors warned you on ebay". I simply stated how the heck do I know who these people were, they never said they were distributors. All I knew it was other sellers trying to better their own sales. I even contacted eBay customer service to make sure I was not violating my eBay agreement. Customer service walked me through the block members process.

It Works had my personal contact information in 3 different forms from the day I signed up! Ebay was not an acceptable means of communication! I also told It Works they had every opportunity to contact me, (by their own admission) that they allowed me to sell them on ebay and continue to ship products for over 30 days. I did not get one email from the company, the distributor, or certified mail or a courtesy call that I was doing anything wrong! They also changed their user ID on ebay to a new one because I had blocked the first messenger! That is clearly fraud and very unprofessional.

A legitimate Company would have followed their own procedures that they outline over and over to me. The it works company did not operate in a professional matter. They claim they are trying to preserve their Company Integrity. They have no integrity in my opinion. Thankfully I have saved every form of communication and documentation. There is so much more to tell!!
