Complaint / review text:
I bought a book from eBay.com and I asked the seller some questions about the book and shipping. She answered me late, after 5 hours. She answered me unprofessionally. I wanted to return it and wrote a negative feedback for her. Then she sent me below email from ebay.com and I called eBay customer support several times but they did not give me an acceptable respond. I am so upset.
Please guide me how I can complain against this seller.

You sick ignorant miserable rude individual. Don't you ever contact me again, ever. I have just gotten off of the phone regarding you to Ebay and I am so glad I alerted them to your messages and unwarranted behavior. I have just read your ridiculous feedback and urge you to remove it before I have the chance to really craft my review and feedback on you. Trust me when I say at 12:33 AM you are at nuisance at best. You should have received Ebay's message regarding what business days are and how shipping works. You were given the opportunity to pay for overnight or expedited shipping and refused. You've been flagged and blocked. Do not contact me again, as it will constitute harassment.
