On 02/28 my daugther and I decided to go for an eye exam, my previous provider told me it will take them 3 weeks to provide my prescription glasses so we shoped around and stoped by sears optical, they promise me the glasses in 2 weeks but it didn't happen. It took them the whole month or more to deliver after I put some pressure by calling them every two days. Also, they offered me a 10% discount for my purchase because of the inconvinient delay but it didn't happen either I felt over promise under deliver, mean while the same day I purchased a pair of glasses for my daughter which chipped on a corner by just wearing them.
They are defective, today 04/17 I returned to sears optical and was told from an employee that I have to pay 50% for the repair.
