They will bill you multiple times and not process credits. Customer service does apologize

My wife ordered the "free trial" for their diet suppliment. Before she had the chance to try it, they shipped 2 bottles of the suppliment an charged her CC $79.99 times 2. When she received the bill, she contacted the company and got an RMA to return and cancel the account.

She returned the material and contacted them 2 weeks later to find out where the credit was. They confirmed receipt of the material, and said they would credit $79.99. She informed them that it should be $159.98.

Three weeks later, they charged her account again and shipped more product. I just got off the phone with them and they "apologize" but said she didn't cancel the suppliments, only the program. They saw a credit for $79.99 and don't know why we haven't received it. We cancelled everything and had the CC discontinued.

They are a complete ripoff! They will bill you but not credit you. We are asking our bank to get involved and have filed a Fraud report through the bank.

Don't do business with them. You will get ripped off!
