My wife was having a problem and tried twice on Thur (3/17) and again on Fri (3/18) to contact Dr. Dittmer or the 'on-call' MD. Dr. Dittmer never called back after our 4 calls to him and Carolina Behavioral Care only works M-F 9 to 5 and apparently only if you have an appointment. They advertise themselves as being 'professional' and having an on-call person. However, they do not provide that option should you in fact call them up and if your unable to contact the Dr. Immediately they do not return phone calls. Obviously we're changing to a more 'professional' office that does in fact respect it's patients.
