We asked for Iowa leads and a few Florida if it helped us get more leads, since I am the only one licensed in Florida and everyone else is licensed in Iowa. But then we started getting the leads and we were only getting 1 Iowa lead for every 10-15 Florida leads. So I called David Anderson, our salesman, to have him correct the problem. He said he would take care of it. After that we still continued to get mostly all Florida leads. I did this 2 or 3 more times with David and each time he said he would take care of it. He never was able to.
So I asked to get our money back. If you can't get Iowa leads, I understand. Just don't keep jerking us around and say it will be fixed. So David said a Vince Owens needed to talk to me about about getting my money back. Four weeks later and many phone calls and e-mails, I have yet to talk to a Vince yet. Even David agreed with our problem we are having and says he has tried to get Vince to call us.
They said they have a guarantee and I have it in writing. But that doesn't do much good when they won't return your calls or respond to you.
