Diet Max charges people for a "trial", stating that you need to call in and cancel the trial before 10 days. The problem is, there was never an authorization to start a trial, and even if there was, Diet Max is charging people before the 10 days and refusing to cancel the charges. So again, Issue #1... Customers are NOT authroizing any charges for any type of trial. #2. Diet Max is claiming that the trial will not charge if you call and cancel before 10 days, yet customer credit cards are being charged BEFORE 10 days. So either way, what Diet max is doing is stealing!!
