I brought a lawn mower at sear and right out of the box i started it up and it would not fuction after mowning my front lawn. The repair center i took it to said they will not repair it as i personally bent the crank shaft.
How can i bend a crank shaft? Why did the store tell me the warranty covers everything no matter what it was or how it was done?
They want me to pay another $131.00 (I paid $226.00 for the machine and warranty) for repairs to a machine i have a warranty on that should repiar the machine for me.
Sears sells you a defective machine then makes you buy a warranty then make you pay for any malfuctions of the machine.
