I recently put a purchase with Avon. I purchased over 40 bucks worth of item online and obtained the bundle. I visit start the bundle and recognize they delivered me the incorrect kind of basis shade and didnt actually provide me the concealer I requested. One-product was 12.00 and also the other was 6.00. I delivered these products and waited months for that reimbursement to look on my charge card statement. It never did, I fundamentally sent Avon and tell them how annoyed I had been. I waited another week to get a mail reply, and lastly got one. The repetition explained that I had been released a reimbursement for 4.27 on 2/28.4.27?? These products I delivered werent actually exposed? And that I delivered back significantly more than that in results. I went and examined my charge card record for that day. And obviously, there is no 4.27 from Avon on my charge card record for that day or after. I'm exceedingly frustrated with Avon getting my cash and never providing me the best products. I also put another purchase before each one of these issues with Avon. Plus they didnt have 3 items I requested within the container. Stating these were sold-out with no longer able to obtain. But did Avon return me the cash for all those 3 items. NO! They held my cash and that I got no item. I'll never purchase from Avon again.
