I went to Avon's online catalog, logged in to my identity with my chosen representative and started selecting items and adding them to my shopping cart. They kept logging me off and "losing" the items I had selected. I would reselect them and found that Avon had added some items I had not entered.
When I entered my representative's special coupon code, Avon chose not to recognize it. When I clicked on their assistance link, there was no category for website problems or troubleshooting.
