I am a traveling RN. While working at Crownpoint NM Indian Healthcare, I purchased a Miss Fabulous Minnie Mouse: Watch, Pajamas & Weekend bag from Tinacya Kalleco Avon Representative in Crownpoint, NM (phone: 505-215-5593). I paid for all the items.
The watch did not work, so I sent it back to have it replaced. The pajamas were mismatched: top very small size & bottom quite large, so I sent back to get one pair of 1 equal larger size. I was told the bag was on back order & would be in soon.
That was months ago now. I have tried calling Ms. Kalleco & either have to leave messages (that she never returns) or send messages through her mother at work (who never has any answers for me).
I have thus far not been able to get any satisfaction through the Avon Company. I just leave messages and never get to speak to a "human".
I believe I have been "Ripped Off"!!! And I have no recourse. I would like Avon to replace all three items and if no longer avilable, I would like my money back.
