I ordered products that this company stated were instock and would be shipped within 24 hours. Not only did this company not email me to let me know they were on backorder, they charged me and have not refunded my money when the products I ordered are still not instock. I cancelled last week after almost a month of waiting, and I was told a refund would take 1-2 billing cycles. That is ridiculous, and reading some of their other reviews it seems as though they have done this to plenty of people and have yet to refund any money. It is crazy that this company is still in business and able to charge people for products they do not have and do not ship. It is not fair to customers. Beware!
