I just joined weightwatchers online two weeks ago. I went to a local meeting to buy my supplies and was told that the calculator would be available in March. Today I went to the same facility and was told that it would not be available until the end of March.
This is unacceptable. If this is an essential tool, why is it not readily available. I can calculate on my computer at home, but I need it when grocery shopping and do not have a smart phone. Because I felt that I need this to succeed, I thought that I would look on ebay. I was shocked to see that people are using this shortage to provide monetary windfalls. Not their fault, but certainly I fault your planners and schedulers for not anticipating the need. Certainly an endorsement on Oprah is going to increase your revenue and membership and this should have been anticipated. I am very upset about this and expect that if I am to stay a member, I will receive the tools needed to be successful. When might that be?
