I also had the same problem with this company HealthMax or whatever this company really is. I had cancelled my wife's subscription for the colon cleanse and weight loss pills through two different companies back in Dec'10 over the phone. I didn't have any further charges until Feb 2 when my credit card revealed a $87.13 and $2.95 charge for the HealthMax Weight Loss Nutra product phone # 1-877-642-1953. I then noticed the email congratulating me for this unauthorized purchase. I tried to cancel on Feb 9 after a half hour on the phone and the gentlemen said he would cancel further subscriptions and I would receive an email in 24-48 hours. Never did. I again spoke to a Christine, agent #3350 on Feb 14 and she told me she was sorry and would cancel my subscription. She would not give a cancellation # and I never got a confirmation email again which I told her I probably wouldn't again but she assured me I would. This is a full up scam! To make matters worse I still haven't received any product since the order on Feb 2! The Better Business Bureau is my next call as well as blocking this from my credit card. Any other recommendation to prevent others from being scammed?
