Leanspa... Charged my account after I called and canceled prior to the end of my trial period. Two times after I canceled they continued to debit my account and send me product. I have since called four times and asked for my refund along with me making sure they received their product back per their "Terms and Conditions". I returned the product certified so I know they received both shipments back, but I have yet to see my money returned to my account. They are a rip-off and it is a scam. They openly admitted they were wrong in sending the product twice without my consent and charging my account, but again... I still haven't seen my credit refunded... It is going on two months now and no refund.
