Will not reimburse FSA funds

I posted a faxed request compensation of the dental statement to United Healthcare on December 30. Our fax was recognized. Whenever we didn't obtain compensation, I sent the request and all paperwork a second time-on January 24 (acknowledgement received). I examined the web site and on January 28th and there is no documenation about the receipt of my demand, and so I sent a notice and all paperwork towards the interest of a merchant account supervisor on January 28, and again rcvd reputation of bill. However no reaction. I named on February 3, and after awaiting an extended time period, I had been permitted to consult with a merchant account consultant. He (Rich) explained his our request have been refused because it seemed to be a reproduction demand, but that seemed to be an error and he'd advance cost to us and we ought to possess the profit our consideration with-in seven days. I expected him why it requires such a long time to place profit our consideration (my present variable spending strategy does it 24 hours later). Unsure if that annoyed him or even the proven fact that I talked my estimation on not allowing an individual understand if they're questioning their state, to ensure that I'd proceed to deliver faxes without any reaction, but discovered nowadays, he didn't actually bother to place records within our document about his discussion with me. On February 9th, I named and talked with Rosemary A (believed she was a merchant account expert, but evidently not, as she couldn't approve immeidate cost). After I'd spend another half-hour about the telephone together, I had been only a little annoyed and recommended I needed a check overnighted to us, because it was uncalled-for to hold back this really miss compensation of $132.00. She explained she'd have this increased and consideration supervisor might contact me today. No-call actually arrived. I named againt this afernoon and talked with Sharon, who'd recommended me that Rosemary didn't bother to advance my request. I recommended I had been not holding up to I talked with somebody that may assist me since after waiting on-hold for half an hour, she explained our state have been refused like a copy. She stated that isn't likely to occur. I had been so annoyed I hungup. It will not be this challenging to obtain the final of our resources using this FSA account. *the corporation has undoubtedly — the toughest customer support I've ever seen. They have to have crazy telephone expenses for that period of time they create people hang on the point. Would not advise them*
