In December, I bought two nightgowns at your shop in Eugene, Oregon for $40 with my Victoria’s Solution charge card. The worker needed to contact to obtain my bill number to ensure that I really could cost the things since I didn’t have my charge card with me.

After I hadn’t obtained the statement the following month, I named customer support to discover why. The client support consultant wasn’t significantly aid. She mentioned that my statement arrived via email. Since I have hadn’t obtained it via mail or every other method, I questioned her for my bill number to ensure that I really could spend it about the Victoria’s Solution site. She mentioned that she couldn’t provide me the amount within the telephone but I really could create a cost about the telephone for one more charge of $10. I didn’t wish to spend the extra charge, particularly since the stability of the consideration was just $40. Disappointed using the results of this discussion, I questioned her to possess her boss contact me. Alternatively, I settled their organization $82 to get a $40 purchase.

Our credit rating demonstrates that I'm a sensible consumer. Before this event my credit score was 761. The reason being I consider my credit rating extremely seriously. Till this, I hadn’t had a late-payment in more than 10 years.

After I wrote to demand they take away the one month overdue tag from my credit history, they REJECTED declaring it wasn’t their problem.
