I visited the web site for enzyte on 10/31. They were offering free 30 day trial supply. I ordered this. They stated they would send a 60 day supply 5 days before my trial supply ran out. I waited 18 days and never received the free trial so I went back online and cancelled subscription as I knew they would charge me $70 for the 60 day supply if not. I cancelled on the 19th, but too late, they charged the $70 to my credit card. I called cust. Service to cancel the shipment. They told me no refunds once the product was in ship status. They did cancel shipping this product after hours on the phone on hold and being bounced from person to person. I have called several time and only been able to get half my money back. Not worth it now as time spent on phone is getting ridiculous.
don't order this product unless you understand absolutely no refunds and they will hit your credit card with the next order before they state they will. They shouldn't have charged me for the follow up order until the 26th, so my cancellation should have been in plenty of time to stop the follow up order. Never did receive the free trial they lured me in with.
