I too have been "taken" by their Enzyte commercial which at no time was it stated I would be enrolled in an auto-ship program. Ordered my trial on November 23rd. I received my trial bottle on December 3rd BUT I received a $69.95 charge on my credit card on December 1. TWO weeks later I receive a 60 day supply of Enzyte.
I did not order nor did I authorize charging my credit card. After calling Lifekey representatives I was told I had to cancel my alleged "subscription" via website and furthermore they don't offer refunds. I have filed a complaint with Ohio Atty General and suggest others do same.

I have too filed a dispute with my credit card company. Wish I would have read the BBB report on Lifekey before I telephoned for "free" trial... Many complaints there.
