This Body RX is just a a lot more like a prescription of the gradual death sentence disguised like a diet and exercise program. My partner purchased this book wishing to enhance her all around health and exercise and almost wound up within the clinic. She acquired fat, not muscle and created really severe medical issues including bad body purpose, high cholesterol, hypertension and despair following the physician informed her the outward symptoms if left untreated might become deadly.
