My name is Ann Favorite. I'm a 66-year old Mature on the fixed-income in Spring Hill, Fl.in-May I visited numerous gyms for that very first time in my own existence to visit their services. After I got to Body Exercise on Mariner St., a quick-speaking, highpressure salesman called [snip] didn't provide me a visit of his gym—rather he lay me down and high-forced me into purchasing nearly $100 value of food substitutes and he created a deal for Body Exercise and high-forced me into thinking I had a need to signal it with my creditcardnumber. I'm embarrassed to express, I dropped for his high pressure sales hype
24 hours later I returned to Body Exercise and lastly got a visit of the gym that we had desired the very first evening and not got! Used to donot like their gear, the gymnasium setup, the high pressure environment or something about Body Exercise. And so I went house and cautiously reread Your Body Exercise Agreement and recognized this high pressure salesman had billed a lumpsum of $511.20 due all at one time and billed to my charge card for "Gym Membership costs" mentioned right underneath the trademark and creditcardnumber! I browse the termination term also it stated I'd by State-Of California legislation three times to deliver a Professional Termination notice to get a complete reimbursement of my costs. I swiftly delivered a termination notice vis Licensed US Email and got a trademark bill in the Gym about the different finish within 3 times. That's when my issues with this gym truly started—THEY SAID THEY'D NOT REFUND MY COSTS, they were non refundable and tough-luck for me personally
Since that time I've had only lies, agreement modifications and refusals to work out of this Gymnasium since and of May. They WON'T HONOR THEIR OWN GYM MEMBERSHIP COSTS AGREEMENT AND REFUND MY FEES PER THEIR VERY OWN TERMINATION RULES! They've lied to my charge card organization by delivering an improved Agreement for them—they'll lay to anybody who requires to be able to keep my $511.20 that they don't have any to maintain
Lately I came across this Gym isn't GLUED using the State-Of Florida—I've attempted to obtain reduction through the Florida Customer and Ag Department but to no avail—no body may recommend for me personally, a 66-year old senior solitary lady gym beginner on the fixed-income who had been cheated by this quick-speaking high pressure salesman [snip]
These folks at Body Exercise responsible of scam, misunderstanding, break of agreement and perpetrating economic difficulty on me, the customer!
