The SAME commercial is aired multiple times a day, telling you that they've just sold their millionth jar. And to 'celebrate', they are 'giving away' (giving away means FREE, but not to them) as many risk free trials as they can. They also tell you that if the line is busy to call again. They lie, claiming that it is available 'for the next 24 hours only'. Really? So is that why I see that commercial EVERY DAY? Only a 24 hour special. Hmmm. Well, if you make the mistake of calling for this crap, call your bank or credit card. Let them know you did order what is represented as a FREE sample, but you have now checked the internet and discovered this company is a SCAM.
Get your card number changed, because they will NOT stop with hydrolyze. This company is Hydroxatone. They have MANY scam products out there. They will randomly charge your card for items you never ordered and maybe they'll send it out to you, maybe you'll just get charged for it and not get them, but the bottom line is your card WILL be charged.
They will send you TWO jars of their cheap moisturizer (that's all it is is very cheap lotion), and charge you anywhere from $170-$300. I've seen complaints of where people were chard $700 in just a few weeks.
There is nothing free about this scam. Call them, let them know you are canceling. If they argue, let them know you are recording the conversation and are reporting them to the ftc at ftc. Gov, and the fbi at ic3. Gov. Let your bank know you're reporting this company to the authorities and demand they do not honor the charges of criminals.
