TODAY I see WHY there's no method to achieve the corporation by telephone, JUST by mail!!! Requested Biofreeze from their store on NOV 18, & simply acquired my purchase on DEC 29, SIX WEEKS LATER! No-contact from their store, declaring there will be a wait. After I eventually discovered a method to email them, I had been informed (via mail) that since their costs are reduced, they frequently go out of inventory. I'd to purchase 4 little pipes of Biofreeze while waiting on my purchase, which negated any savings I Would have experienced obtaining a cheaper cost from their website. Discovered equivalent costs on ebay & won't ever purchase out of this company again & i would recommend that you don't, possibly; trust me, you'll regret it!!!
