With all the choices that I've to create online acquisitions, I won't store through L'Occitane.com again.

I purchased 2 fragrances 14 days before. I acquired the e-mail confirming my purchase plus they might I would like to understand when it delivered. I eventually sent customer support recently and requested when my purchase could be shipping. They delivered an answer detailing this 1 of the colognes have been sold-out however it might deliver 24 hours later.

So today I record into my consideration on the site and observe that the sum total of my purchase has transformed since today I'm being incurred shipping. After I had positioned the purchase, it had been free. And so I directed Customer Support another mail requesting why these were today getting for delivery which I'dnot decided to pay delivery after I initially put my purchase. They responded instantly they have dropped my creditcardnumber of course if I'd prefer to possess the purchase delivered I'd need to contact Customer Support and provide it for them again. Our bill claims that my purchase continues to be terminated.

Are they serious? No apology from Customer Support. There are lots of businesses providing exceptional customer support. I'll never purchase another L'Occitane item and certainly will happily invest my money elsewhere.
