I recieved product in mail on 12/23/10. I found the product cheaper somewhere else. I called and asked to speak to a manager reguarding situation on 12/27/10.
I talked to Erica, who claimed to be a manager. I told her I would like a refund because I found the product cheaper somewhere else. She said we only do refunds within 72 hours of ordering. I asked her if that was posted on the internet anywhere. She said no. I told her that since it was not posted, she should refund my money. She laughed and said too bad.
I told her the product was not used and was still sealed in its original package. She didnt seem to care and told me they dont do refunds.
I would like to recieve a refund of $119.00 that I paid for the product.
