I did a risk free trial of there product. The company stated that all I had to do is pay for shipping "soI did". Then on 5/2 I recieved a package from them and it was a months supply of there product. I tried contacting them on 5/3 no answer. I tried to contact them on 5/3 for about four hours finally someone answered. I stated that I wanted to return there product and get a refund becuase I did not sign up for the monthly program just the risk free trial. The customer service agent told me that no refund will be issued tough luck. I told her that it was petty that she would not refund my money and then I asked her to speak to a supervisor she told me that I could not
