I ordered the whitening product for my teeth. I only had to pay shipping. The product did not show any difference after following guidelines. I called to cancel within 14 days of any future shipments. They told me it was too late that the product was sent out. They told me to return the product and I will get a full refund. A couple of weeks passed and I had not received the product because they didn't sent it they only wanted to charge me. I called today 3/21/07 again and they told me they don't do refunds after they told me they do.
