Electronic Cigarette Did Not honor Money Back Guarntee as offered Product was returned within 3 days of receiving it

I have called Smoking Everywhere several times and e-mailed them often with No results. I have been told the refund would be credited back and to date is has not happened. When I received the product under the Trial offer posted I found with my hands having Arthritis it was to heavy to hold. I called the company explained the problem and was told to return the Product in the Original package and a refund would take a 3- 7 day period. I complied to their requirements and all the product still in the Sealed wrapper returned. I can afford to loose $ 60.94 dollars on a Free 30 Day Money Back Gold One Kit offer.
