Carla I ordered a product from this internet based company on 11/18/10. On 11/19/10 I got an email confirming my purchase but received nothing in the mail. 2-3 emails and as many phones calls late

On 11/18/10 I ordered a mouth-care product from totalnaturalcare.com and paid $39.97 with a debit card. I received an email the next day thanking me for my purchase. I was given an order number: 169558408. I waited two weeks and then called when nothing came. The phone rang and rang and finally gave me a cell number of 606-571-1541 with an answering machine. I did not bother to leave a message.

I called again three weeks later and spoke with Carla. She said it had been mail on the 19th with a confirmation number but did not give me that number. I emailed them 3 times at [email protected] but did not get an answer as to when and where my order was shipped.

The last time I called a man answered by the name of Chris or Wayne and told me he would have someone call me about tracking it but no one ever called back. It is the 11th of December and no sign of any product and no word from the company.
