On 2-27-09 I placed an order for this product. As soon as i got off the PC. My phone rang from a rep to confirm my order and get some more info and was told that i should receive my product within the month. So the second month i started trying to in contact with someone via. Emails thru the web site and till this day still not one answer back or even a phone call. So i called the number provided to place an order and of course some one finally answered after constant calling of two weeks. I spoke with a Sharleen whom wich gave me another e-mail address to contact with info reguarding this issue. He we go again and another 2 months go bye and no phone call, email, or product so i got back on the phone again and im calling every other day and no one answers just a recording with options. So i go thru every option just to see if there is any one thats gona pick up an nothing. Just a beep to leave a message. This is the most irresposible, unprofessional, company that i;ve ever had to deal with... Its most likely a scam or something similar.
