Thane Ab Doer Twist
AB doer Twist I ordered in April with a $15.00 quaranteed return if not satisfied. I used the machine and was physically harmed so badly it tooks a month before I could report. I have talked with at least 9 people

I ordered an Ab Doer Twist machine in April For $15.00 with the quaranteed return policy if I do not like it.
The machine destroyed my spine, arms, sides. I was in deep pain for at least one month.
I called the company to complain. They gave me until June 12 to return it. I had no one to lift the 30 pound product into the car and into the post office but made it there by june 6th. I got the US postal service delivery confirmation receipt.
The box was identified as they requested. I followed all their demands.
It cost another $20 to send it back in addition to the $240 for the product.

I have called the company and talked with at least 9 people and kept the notes. They give me outrageous answers to why they have not seen my faxes and the product.

They have the product and have refused to give me my money back.
They will not give out a managers name, the name of the owner and refuse to help me.

I want my money back now.
