I went to the emergency room of the hospital in the midnight on July 10,2009, and stay there for about 6 hours, and get the treatment for kidney stone. After the treatment, I did not get any bill from the hospital. Nearly after one year, I got the phone call from the number 1-866-922-1984, said that I own about $580.19. I thought they overcharge me, and want to discuss the bill, Then they let me call my insurance company (Blue Cross/Blue Shell in Texas) then the Insurance company let me call the hospital, then the hospital let me call its account department, then the account department let me call 1-866-922-1984, then the person let me call my insurance company. I involve in a dead circle, wasting a lot of time, but still did not get any information of my bill, even no account number. They ONLY want my money, not give a chance to ask WHY I should pay the money, and did not send me the bill!
