I had gone into the pharmacy to drop both of my childrens perscriptions with their medicaid. When i went to pick the medicine up they had told me that their medicaid was terminated when i had their current card in my hand and spoke to the manager Kathy and they said that their computers had not caught up to their medicaid yet even though i had the current card in my hand and would not give me their medicine. Their medicaid went into affect on Decemer 01 and i went to pick the medication up on December 28, so i do not understand why the computer has not caught up yet??? The manager Kathy was very rude to me when i was trying to understand what the problem was because if my daughter did not get her meds that night she would be hospitalized. She then told me that there was nothing that she could do about it even though i have current medicaid on both of them. The store number is 0383. I will never again take mine or anyone in my family or extended families medications there anymore.
