This company ripped me, my daughter and medicaid off in a terrible way. They were billing medicaid for supplies that my daughter was never receiving. Whenever I would return items they would just put them back on the shelf and not refund medicaid for them and then bill another person for that same item. Since September of I have been trying to get medically necessary supplies for my daughter from another company but the new company has been denied b/c pulmoguard keeps sending in approval forms to medicaid for supplies I am not receiving. I also found out from medicaid that they were using 2 different receipts as far as sending me one receipt and sending medicaid an additional receipt w / more items on it. For example when I had them fix an item, they billed medicaid for a new item and gave me back the same item I had given to them to fix. This is when I found out all the fraudelent billing was going on. Lucky for me I kept all receipts given to me as proof. The final straw is when they tried to charge me $1500 for an item that was misplaced by me but was purchased thru medcaid over 2 yrs ago. So buyers beware this company employs many ppl. When the employees found out the scam that was going on they quit. Currently 3 of their old employees work for my new company and are helping me out w / my current situation.
