I have called this Animal Clinic at 21373277 named as (San Gwann Vet Care Animal Clinic, Misrah Lourdes) at 11h20 Wednesday because I had an emergency with my Shihtzu dog which was suffering too much. They told me to come within 30 minutes. I went there like crazy and the doctor saw me when I enter the clinic with my dog, he asked me do you have an appointment, I said no but they told me to come within 30 minutes on the phone. He said OK and he went back to his room.

I was alone with my dog in the waiting room and 25 minutes later a client entered with her dog and went to see the doctor directly, then the client left the clinic with her dog 10 minutes later.

There were 3 women, not vets but working there who were constantly walking around and I asked to all of them when my dog will be seen by the vet because it was urgent and the dog has extreme pain. They told me, VERY SOON, the client has just gone out.

Then 30 minutes later (after waiting 1 HOUR there), I asked again, when do they plan to see my Dog? And they answered that the vets have just entered for a surgery and I had to wait another 1 HOUR minimum. What's the deal? I came for an emergency and no one cares about my dog or does the doctors come and check who is in the waiting room waiting for over an hour. NOTHING!

I told the women at the reception that I would NEVER come back there anymore and quit the SO CALLED "Animal Clinic".

I strongly RECOMMEND anyone to AVOID this animal clinic if you care about your pet. They don't give a sh*t about you or your animal. The Doctor (man) saw me with my dog with heavy pain in the waiting room, he was relax and never even bothered to ask whats wrong.

These guys are crazy and people working there are not coordinated at all. One tells you comes within 30 minutes, the other tells you, the vet will come very soon and the third that I have to wait another HOUR minimum.

Shame on you.

What's for sure is that if anything happens to my dog, I will sue this clinic in court and I will make sure they are definitely closed to avoid them wasting our valuable time.
