Placed an order on april 2 have yet to recieve the order. Have called 17 times and left 17 messages have sent and email everyday and have yet got a responce. My credit card was charged for the order

I placed an order on april 2 and have yet to recieve it. I have called this company 17 times and have left 17 messages and i have emailed them every day and have yet to get a reply. My credit card was charged for the peoduct yet i have not recieved or heard anything..

Please help me find out anything
