On 1/04/05 I placed an order to LA Body Jewelry for a "Premium Double Gem Steel Navel Curve". We used my father's credit card to place the order and we were sent confirmation of the order. Website stated that over 90 percent of their orders are shipped out the same day and delivered in two to three days. It has been over two weeks and I have not recieved the order yet. My dad and I have tried to e-mail and call the company numerous times-recived no answer to either attempts to contact them. Also, we have left messages for them to return our call. Every time we have called them we were connected to an answering machine that asks for us to leave a message then when that recording is over, another recording comes on and says, "The person you are trying to reach cannot recieve messages, try again later." This has occurred every time we called. On the confirmation order the "5 digit order number is 18517 to be shipped Economy Ground (US). The amount of purchase is $42.94.
