On Jan. 22 I placed an order for candles, potpourri, etc. I paid using PayPal for the amount of 193.50. I never recieved an e-mail saying they got my order. I called several times and left messages and no one returned my calls.
I called PayPal to see if they had an account and explain I had not heard from them about my order. PayPal advised me to file a complaint which I did. Only then did I recieve a response form them. They said they had gotten my order and if I would stop my claim against them they would fill my order. I did drop the claim and never heard from them again. I have sent e-mails asking for the order or a refund.
I called PayPal and file another claim against them. 10 days later PayPal ruled in my favor but the money had already been taken from their account and it was empty.
I have turned it over to the BBB of Ark. And they have not heard any thing about my claim with them.
Ozark Gifts stole my money and I want it back. I have done all I can to get it back.
Their phone is now out of service. And they haven't responded to any of my e-mails.
