My wife signed a contract and was told that she can cancel anytime "free of charge". Me moved out of the state they operate in (Colorado), and now live in Georgia where there are no at the beach locations. Said we could cancel by paying $75 and providing current drivers licence and 3 bills showing her name. However, she got married and now has a different last name. They wont let us cancel, cause the drivers license and bills all show the new last name, not her Maided name that was listed when she signed up. They even wont accept a copy of the marriage license that shows her new legal last name. Do not sign a contract with them, they will hold it to you and tie you up for life.
