La fitness sucks! My wife and I joined the La Fitness club together with same credit card. When the credit card expired recently, my wife went to tell them new card number. When I received the credit card statement, they charged me $5 NSF (NOt Sufficient Fund) for the expired card, they also charged my membership fee on the new card too.
Basically, they charged my monthly membership fee on new card and NSF on old card utomatically.
I am sorry I am making a big deal for only $5. However, this is how they rip off people. They are big, if they do this for 5000 members, they can get $25000 for doing nothing. Also,
They always leave their broken facilities un-fixed for a long time even after customers complained. I will recommend go somewhere else for fitness club.
