I ordered this product on line. I assumed it was a scam but I figured that I would cancel before my trial period is up, which I did. I called before the 2 weeks Trial Period was up. I wrote down all the info that the Customer Service Rep gave me. The key to all of this is to keep good notes of names and what action they took. I got bill for $154.45, instead of the advertised $145.95. I called and they gave me the same run around day after day after day: Name, e-mail, my address, what e-mail did I sent cancellation to and then I had to Re-sent the cancellation e-mail. This went on for 1 week. I was told that it would be 3-5 days for a refund, and then I was told 5-10 days for credit to go back to my account. I told them they did not have permission to charge what they did, there was not enough to cover the charge and they owed me the overdraft charge and if they delayed the refund, my bank charges for extra for so many days of being overdrawn. After about 2 hours total on the phone with these people, I called my bank and reported a Disputed Charge. I sent in all the info/notes of who I spoke to and the action they took and instructed me to take. My bank took over and I received back all that was taken out of my account in 3 days. Let the bank take care of this since they have more resources than I do. I wonder if this would be considered a Federal Charge since it is Fraud and crossed the state line.
