Ring Stop ripoff, fraud, con, false advertising, unethical sales. Company contacted me with "money back guarantee" if product did not end tinnitus (ringing of the ears)

I was contacted by unsolicited sales call, touting an herbal product "Ring Stop"- "guaranteed to stop tinnitus (ringing of th ears) or money back. No description of product cautions, side effects, etc. I asked if theis stuff is so miraculous (no known cure in medical science) why do doctors not know of it.

Response was product is too new for medical community to test and acknowledge. I was told I would see results in 3-4 weeks (money back guarantee was for 14 days) I have bad tinnitis so ried it despite the obvious fraud of money back. How can something that tkes 3-4 weeks to work, be guaranteed to work in 14 days or money back? I received a 3 month supply for I believe around $250. When I received the product it gave a warning that it was a blood thinner and should not be used by persons on a warfarin regimen without doctor approval.

As I am on Warfarin, (a blood thinner for my artificial heart valve) I took the product to my doctor for review and advice. After several calls to my doctor without result, I decided to experiment by discontinuing my Warfarin and using the Ring Stop product, and had my blood tested on a weekly basis. As it turned out, the product was better than the warfarin for thinning of blood, as my INR readings were 'perfect', so I continued using the product and testing my blood. 2 weeks past with no result, then 3 then 2 months then 3 months.

I was desparate to have the tinnitu cured as I have it very badly and sometimes cannot hear conversation or TV over the ringing. I knew I had lost the money back guarantee, but figured it was worth it to help the tinnitus. It did not. It did nothing except thin my blood. I tried several times during the 3 month period to contact the company at the number they had given me, to register a complaint but it never answered. I just figured I got ripped of and thought nothing more about it. Until today.

I received another bottle of this stuff in the mail, unsolicited, "auto charged" to my credit card account! I tried to contact the company again to discontinue this rip-off, by calling several times. This time the number does not even ring. I tried several phones all with the same result. No ring. I guess this is what they meant by "guaranteed ring stop". I cannot reach them, and they have my credit card number. I do not know which one at this time, but will find out and have them discontinued. They are obviously a deliberate fraud.
