Was charged $95.54 postage in November, but no product arrived. Had filled in name address card details but did not complete transaction. Did application again in December, to receive product for 4.95 postage with no information about being required to cancel before being charged full price for item. So this time was charged $85 for product as well.
On 1/18 I had a phone call at my shop - from 'Steve', I asked where he was ringing from and he said Aukland New Zealand. He informed me of 14 days to ring in and cancel order and I would not be chargrd for product and would receive no further orders. He gave me the cust. Service ph. No. So I could do this. I checked the number three times with him and also checked that I could ring this no. From Australia numerous times. We ordered 2 bottles each on separate cards. One product arrived. 2 charges for postage. 14 days ends tomorrow, so I tried to ring to cancel order, rang no. First time and was told "this no. Is not connected", so I tried to ring N. Zealand then ring the no. Ie. From Australia dial 0011 then 64 to get into NZ. Then dial the free call no. Given to me, again told "this no. Is not connected" NO WAY OF CANCELLING ORDER. They have my details and can just keep on charging me, even if Icancel my cards, as the first purchase, was made before cancellation, they can continue to take money off new cards. The product was sent from Salt Lake City, the billing address was something like: "extmangotobill" out of GB.
