I ordered a stop smoking aid from Turley Thompson in Nov. Of course it didn't work so I returned the product well within the 30 day range.
After several months of getting the run around I contacted my credit card company who could not assist me because the charge showed as international which is out of their hands.
I have contacted this company 1 time a week for the last 7 months inquiring about my refund. They always verify that I am due for a refund, but something prevents it. Change in billing systems won't allow a credit card refund. Waiting for accounting to meet with the owner is another hold up.
On 9/2/03 I spoke with a rep who assured me any day now I should receive my refund. Still nothing at all!
Isn't there any type of action that consumers can take against this company??
