I had just moved to Houston, TX from Los Angeles, CA and I had a horrible toothache. It was six o'clock in the evening and I was on my break at work and I had to see a dentist. This was the only office open, so I stopped in to see if I could see a dentist. The woman who greeted me told me that they had an opening, and then she walked away. I was then approached by another woman who said that they were, "Closed." At that point, another worker said that they could fit me in, so I sat down and waited. I was asked if I was, "in pain, " and I said, "Yes, lots of pain." At that point I was told that the dentist would take care of the pain for me.
They called me in and sat me in the chair. They told me that they needed to take xrays and I said, "okay.' They took the xrays and I sat down in the chair. At that point I was told that the doctor would be "right with me." Well, I waited, and I waited, and I waited.
