Samuel Lim operates an optometry/medicare/medical office in Orange County. He assists people with social security disabilities claim; my mother is a client. I received documents to fax to him on behalf of my mother. He was aware I was faxing documents to him and not my mother. My fax machine was not working properly so I faxed the documents several times. Samuel Lim called my mother several times yelling, not allowing her to talk. I called Samuel Lim and told him not to speak to my mother in the manner he did in which he tells me to not to call his office and tell him what to do and hung up on me. I called back several times to explain why he received so many documents but he kept hanging up on me. I finally spoke to his wife but he grabbed the phone and said "DON'T CALL MY FUCKIN' OFFICE AGAIN". I tried again to call, hoping he calmed down but that did not happen. The documents he received via fax were still imcomplete but because of his hot temper, I could not explain it to him. I sent him an email, explaining the duplicate copies which was my error but also expressed my dissatisfaction of his service and utterly surprised of his unprofessionalism.
