In regards to a week before, after shaving having a Shick Quattro (having a fresh edge), I got really poor razor bumps that converted into acne, one blemish which I still can't eliminate.in the peak of the acne (a couple of days ag0), I named Schick to protest. Which was an error along with a waste of time. The client support representative about the different finish couldn't have now been more patronizing or usually unhelpful. I had been clearly upset due to these major lumps, and that I informed her just as much.in an exceedingly defensive and uncomfortable method, she provided worthless excuse after worthless justification, accusing me for utilizing an aged edge, or even the incorrect lotion (neither which occurred). I recommended that it might have now been, actually, Shick's problem, and they may want to examine. She flatly declined, stating they might just do this easily delivered the blade for them for screening. (And So I am designed to purchase that?). At this time, I ultimately simply mentioned bye and hung-up, much more disappointed than before I named. Schick (and its own repetition) had simply succeeded in adding insult to damage. I'm discussing calling them back again to drive on her shooting, I had been so upset. The point is, easily had any doubt in changing to Gillete, I've no further. Remain faraway from these clowns, if you don't like being designed to feel disappointed and patronized.
