I'm completely disappointed with this particular organization. I posted an order plus one of my products was not availalble so that they simply acknowledged my charge card for that product but overlooked to credit the delivery back again to me. Easily hadnot named and reported they might have never acknowledged any back. They delivered mean informing me that my purchase have been delivered but didn't inform this 1 of my products was not available. On the website site it claims the purchase might be postponed however they simply delivered the remainder of the purchase and was not ready to exchange it with another product therefore today easily were to-order again from their store I'd need to spend the entire delivery. It's an overall total "RIP OFF"! When I attempted to contact and protest they hung-up on me twice. Is not that the skilled method to manage a customer. I understand I had been upset together but I attempted to ask just how much their regular delivery price was and also the Representative could not tell me and hung-up on me twice! I'dnot not purchase out of this organization they're attempting to cheat people!
